The entry visa can be obtained from Mozambican embassies and consulates in various countries in Africa, Europe, America and Asia.

Mozambique has introduced a border visa which can be obtained at the main entry points.

This visa is valid for 30 days and is renewable for the same period.

Under bilateral agreements, citizens and bearers of passports from the Republic of South Africa, Botswana, Swaziland, Mauritius, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Tanzania are exempted from entry visas.
