The Canada-Mozambique Chamber of Commerce is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of trade and investment between Canada and Mozambique.

The Chamber believes that Mozambique has the potential to be one of Africa’s most prosperous countries. This can be achieved only if a robust private sector is fostered and successfully connected to both opportunities and partners in the international economy, including Canada. It is therefore the Chamber’s goal to put the private sector at the forefront of Mozambique’s development by facilitating trade, investment and partnership between Canadian and Mozambican entrepreneurs.

 Given the professional, cultural and institutional backgrounds and expertise of its leadership, the Chamber is well-positioned to provide quick, practical and effective response to the needs of members. In terms of corporate social responsibility, the Chamber has already been providing assistance to communities by organizing business responses to humanitarian crises in Mozambique. We plan to continue such support into the future.
